These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Dynamic Duo Cleaning & Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Dynamic Duo Cleaning & Junk Removal offers residential and commercial cleaning, junk removal, hauling, and related services as agreed upon at the time of booking.

• All services will be performed based on the agreed scope of work
• Any additional services requested may result in additional charges

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client
• Final pricing may change if:
   
  • The volume of items is greater than expected
  • Conditions differ from what was described
  • Additional labor, time, or disposal fees are required
• We will communicate any price changes before continuing work

3. Scheduling & Access

• Clients must provide accurate scheduling information and ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
• If we are unable to access the property, a trip fee or cancellation fee may apply

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept [cash, card, digital payments—customize as needed]
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Client Responsibilities

• Client must ensure all items for removal are clearly identified and approved
• The Company is not responsible for items mistakenly removed if they were included in the agreed scope
• Clients should remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to service

7. Disposal & Ownership of Removed Items

• Once items are removed, they become the property of Dynamic Duo Cleaning & Junk Removal
• Items may be disposed of, donated, or recycled at our discretion
• Removed items cannot be returned

8. Limitations of Liability

• We take reasonable care while performing services; however:
   
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage
  • We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
• Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided

9. Damage Claims

• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Claims will be reviewed and resolved fairly

10. Health & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous
• This includes but is not limited to:
   
  • Biohazards
  • Hazardous materials
  • Structural dangers

11. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies
• We will communicate any changes as soon as possible

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

13. Agreement

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
